One-person studio. High standards.
Hi, I am Rick. I run Sublime Digital as an independent digital studio from the Murraylands in South Australia.
I design and build websites and web apps, and handle the brand and print work that sits alongside them. One person across the whole project, so the site, the logo, and the business card all come from the same read of the business.
Most projects start the same way: a conversation about what the business actually needs, then a structure and a look built around that. Nothing gets pulled from a shelf. It is slower than starting from a theme, but it is the reason the finished work looks like the client and not like a category of website.
You deal with me directly from the first email to the final handover. No account managers, no hand-offs between departments. If something is not going to work, you hear it early.
How I work
- Direct communication. You talk to the person doing the work.
- Design before development. Structure and story come first.
- Straight scoping. If something is out of range, I say so early.
- Local and remote. Murraylands base, clients anywhere.
