Terms of Service
Last updated 25 July 2026
These terms cover use of the Sublime Digital website and the general conditions that apply when you enquire about or engage our services. Project-specific agreements may add to or replace parts of these terms.
The studio
The website and services are operated by Sublime Digital Studio (ABN 40 618 157 736), based in Murray Bridge, South Australia.

Using this website
You may browse this website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, misuse forms, or access private systems without permission.
Website content, design, code examples, and branding shown here are owned by Sublime Digital or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent, except for ordinary personal viewing or fair dealing allowed by Australian law.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a binding project agreement. Quotes, proposals, and scopes are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final fees, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Services
We provide custom website design and development, and related branding and print services as agreed for each project.
- Work begins after scope and commercial terms are agreed
- Client responsibilities (content, feedback, approvals, access) affect timelines
- Third-party tools, licences, domains, and hosting may sit outside our fee unless included in writing
- Changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due by the stated due date. We may pause work if invoices remain unpaid.
Intellectual property
Until invoices for a deliverable are paid in full, Sublime Digital retains ownership of original work created for the project. After payment, you receive the usage rights described in the project agreement, typically for your business use of the finished deliverables.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Portfolio and examples
Project examples on this site are representative of past work. Results vary. Features, platforms, and outcomes depend on each brief, budget, and constraints.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, Sublime Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from project delays caused by third-party platforms, client delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. If a dispute arises, we prefer to resolve it directly and in good faith before formal proceedings.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. Project agreements already signed continue under the terms agreed for that project unless both parties agree otherwise.
